Smoked Olive Oil


 Savory notes of smoky olive wood are infused into Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make this delicious, versatile oil! The flavor of olive wood is reminiscent of oak wood smoke and is a wonderful addition to grilling vegetables, fish, poultry, tofu, and meats (olive wood is commonly used to smoke these in Spain). It is also a showstopper for dipping, and in dressings, marinades, and sauces such as BBQ sauce. It is fantastic for making smoky sautéed kale, swiss chard or spinach, and also delicious on pizzas and in potato salad.
