Sherry Vinegar (Andalusia, Spain)

 
This gourmet Sherry Wine Vinegar is made
in the southwest region of Spain known as the
“Sherry Triangle”. Produced from sherry which
is fermented in aged oak barrels for up to 25
years, this vinegar is sweet, smooth, yet assertively
tart. Common in French and Spanish cuisine, this
vinegar is ideal for salad dressings, sauces, soups,
marinating, and often used with hearty meats such
as duck, beef, pork, and game. Delicious paired with
many of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, some of our
favorites being our Blood Orange Agrumato and
Cilantro and Roasted Onion.
