Premium White Balsamic

A clean, crisp, and tart vinegar with a touch of
sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be
used with any olive oil, flavored or unflavored.
White balsamic is made from the same white
grapes as dark balsamic (Trebbiano) but the
grape must (juice pressed from grapes before
they’re fermented) is not caramelized. Instead
it’s cooked slowly under pressure. Also,
white balsamic is aged in new wooden
barrels instead of re-used, charred wooden
barrels.
