varietal. It is incredibly herbal with floral
qualities that are complimented with bold,
fruity green olive and apple notes. This
delicious olive oil has a high polyphenol count
of 440 meaning it is packed full of healthy
antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. It is
ideal for all types of cooking and great for
those that want a very robust oil for salads
and finishing.
