Coratina (Uruguay)


This extra virgin olive oil is an exquisite example of
the Italian Coratina varietal. It is extremely
complex and fruity, displaying notes of green apple,
nutmeg and cinnamon. It has a high polyphenol
count of 333, which means it’s packed with healthy
antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. It also has a
high smoke point and is ideal for cooking.
