*New* Nocellera (Sicily, Italy)


Nocellera is a coveted varietal native to Sicily. It has a 
delightful fruity aroma with floral notes which compliment
middle notes of creamy green almond and artichoke. It
is a robust oil with a high biopehnol count, however it’s
bitterness is slight and fleeting compared to other robust
oils. It is ideal for cooking, sautéing, and adding to antioxidant
boosting smoothies.
