Maple Balsamic

This divine balsamic is made using 100% pure maple syrup produced at a small family farm in Vermont.  Think sweet potatoes, squash, pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and on, and on. Pairs well with our Blood Orange Agrumato Olive Oil and our Roasted Garlic Olive Oil. Makes wonderful vinaigrette paired with a medium, fruity single varietal extra virgin olive oil, Dijon, salt and pepper with crumbled walnuts and blue cheese.
