Koroneiki (California)

This traditional Greek varietal grown in California
has the ripe banana notes Koroneiki olive oils
are coveted for, along with notes of green
almond and apple peel. With a 166 polyphenol
count, this oil has minimal bitterness and is ideal
for raw use including salad dressings, finishing
and dipping.

About the Grower


Located roughly halfway between San Francisco and
Los Angeles, the Mill at Kings River is nestled into
the small town of Sanger, California. It is named after
the nearby river, Kings River, which originates in and
around Kings Canyon National Park near California’s
Sierra Nevada Mountains and into in the Central Valley
south of Fresno where much of the water is utilized
for irrigation.
