Harissa Olive Oil ~ Very Hot!

Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with smoked roasted red peppers, serrano peppers, and other hot chili peppers which are pounded into a paste with garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin. Commonly added to soups, stews, and couscous (or other whole grain or rice dishes) this oil also shines in hummus, guacamole, bean dips, or whisked into Greek yogurt for a tasty garnish. Pairs well with our Grapefruit, Mango, Pineapple, and Coconut White Balsamics.
