Hojiblanca Oleoestepa (Spain)

This traditional Spanish varietal is extremely
fruity with herbaceous notes of tomato leaf and
apple. Very green with a high fruitiness score, it is
a delicious addition to any meal. With a 244 polyphenol
count, this oil is ideal for light cooking and raw use
including salad dressings, finishing and dipping.
