Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic

This Danish apple varietal is grown in small pockets along
the coast of California and is prized for it’s ambrosia
perfume and sweet-tart, crisp flavor. It makes a delicious
vinaigrette, marinade, bread dipper or finishing glaze when
paired with our Persian Lime, Eureka Lemon, Blood Orange,
Garlic, or Herbs de Provence olive oils. Divine in apple desserts, r
oasted fennel, brussel sprouts and salsas.
