Oregano White Balsamic
This balsamic features the exquisite flavor of oregano to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor. It’s a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils, and will create superb vinaigrettes, dips, marinades, and is a tasty addition to pasta sauce. Whisk 3 Tbsps into ¼ cup medium intensity extra virgin olive oil such as Cerasuola, and a pinch of salt and pepper for a great Greek Salad Dressing. Pairs well with our Milanese Gremolata, Tuscan Herb, and Basil Olive Oils.
