Champagne Vinegar (France)

Fermented from the same grapes used in
champagne, pinot noir and chardonnay, this
delicious and bright Champagne Vinegar is
less acidic than red and white wine vinegar
and slightly more acidic than our balsamic
vinegars. It has a pleasantly sweet, delicate
and authentic Champagne flavor that is ideal
for salad dressings, finishing, brightening sauces,
light marinating (such as sliced shallots) and
more. Delicious mixed with our Tarragon,
Herbs de Provence and Dill Olive Oils.
