This robust Koroneiki is extremely fruity, green,
and herbaceous. Complex and layered, its
features green banana, green apple, and grassy
notes. With a 325 polyphenol count, this oil is
robust enough for cooking but mild enough
for raw use such as salad dressings and dipping.
It has won the highest award, Best of Show,
at the LA Olive Oil Competition!
