Black Truffle Oil (Italy)
This Black Truffle Oil is made in Italy by a truffle
hunter using real truffles without the use of any
extracts. It’s made in a traditional artisan fashion
called the ‘tea method’ in which ripe, late fall truffles
are steeped in olive oil for extended periods of time.
The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady,
complex Black Truffle Oil. Fantastic in creamy soups
and pastas, risotto, egg-based dishes, popcorn,
salad dressings, fries or mashed potatoes!
Use sparingly, a little goes a long way!
