Herbs de Provence Marinade for Fish or Poultry

3/4 cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil

Freshly squeezed juice from 1 medium lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp  freshly crushed peppercorns

Mix all ingredients well and place in a glass baking dish. Add a few chicken breasts or white fish, and mix.

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. For best results make in the morning and let it marinade all day.

Grill, bake in the oven, or pan fry. Enjoy!
