This is one
of my all-time favorite desserts. Delicious!
Ingredients
Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (grassy, herbal, not too robust)
Sea Salt - Maldon Sea Salt works the best because they’re a flake, not coarse
and do not have to be ground. If you don’t have Maldon Sea Salt, put coarse sea
salt in a mortar and pestle and smash it.
Instructions
Place a few scoops of ice cream in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and top with
a sprinkle of sea salt.
Serve!
